Where can I receive the merchandise?
Thanks to the fact that we are an online boutique, we offer shipping service in Puerto Rico and United States. We also have local delivery in Puerto Rico.
Can I get a money back?
If you do not want a part exchange, we will give you a 30-day merchandise credit. At this time we do not make money refunds. To proceed, you must send us the garment in perfect condition and with its respective labels. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
What payment methods does Meraki Boutik accept?
We accept all payments by credit card, Ath Móvil and Paypal.
